How the guides are written and checked
Written to the published standards
Each guide is written to the regulator’s own standards and published guidance, and links to them so you can read the source.
Sources listed
Each guide lists the pages it draws on: the standards, the regulator’s own pages, the legislation and the tribunal’s guidance.
Checked before publication
New guides and courses are checked against the regulators’ own pages before they are published, and corrected where the check finds an error.
Dated and reviewed
Pages carry the date they were published and the date they were last reviewed.
