You have been asked to show insight, reflection and remediation and you are not sure what that means in practice, or how to write it.
Not sure which courses to take
You want to know which courses match the concern raised, how many make sense, and whether a face-to-face course or a Bulk Buy package suits your case.

FAQs
Questions about the free call
Is the call free?
Yes. The call is 15 minutes, free of charge, with no obligation to buy a course.
Is the call confidential?
Yes. We do not contact your regulator or your employer about anything you tell us, and we have no reporting relationship with any regulator. You do not need to give the details of your case: the name of your regulator and the heading of the concern are enough.
Is this legal advice?
No. The call is guidance on remediation and on which courses fit the concern raised. For legal advice on your case, speak to your defence organisation, your indemnity provider or a regulatory solicitor.
Who will I speak to?
Dr Shehzad Iqbal, the founder of Probity & Ethics and the author of its courses. He holds MBBS, MRCS and MRCGP and a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Law and Ethics.
Which regulators does the call cover?
All nine UK healthcare and social work regulators: the GMC, NMC, GDC, GPhC, HCPC, GOC, GCC, GOsC and Social Work England.
How is the call held?
By telephone or Zoom. After you send the form, we email you to arrange a time.
What should I have ready for the call?
The name of your regulator, the stage you have reached, any deadline you have been given, and the heading of the concern. If you have started a reflection, you can mention it.
Can I book a call at any stage of an investigation?
Yes. People book at the first letter from their regulator, during an investigation, before a hearing, and after an outcome when they have remediation to complete. A call at the start gives you the most time to build your evidence.
Can I book a call if I only want CPD?
Yes. The call also helps if you are choosing ethics, probity, boundaries or professionalism courses for your appraisal or revalidation. Every Probity & Ethics course is CPD certified by The CPD Certification Service.
Do I have to buy a course after the call?
No. After the call we email you the links to the courses discussed, and you decide in your own time.
