The course explores:

-Boundaries with colleagues, including respect, teamwork, leadership, bullying,
harassment, and inappropriate relationships
-Factors that can blur boundaries, such as stress, burnout, role confusion, cultural
misunderstandings, and poor supervision
-Consequences of boundary breaches for patients, colleagues, the public, the
profession, and the individual
-Recognising early warning signs and managing boundary challenges proactively
